Silver Wings & Santiago Blues

Silver Wings & Santiago Blues

Early in World War II, a group of valiant ladies came forth to perform ferrying and service flights releasing their male counterparts for combat duty.  Above, two Women Air Service Pilots (WASP) stand ready to deliver a North American
B-25 Bomber to its combat crew at a distant airfield.

The original painting (oil on canvas) is 24x36 and is available for purchase for $3000.

A limited edition of 250 reproductive prints of the painting are also available for $125 each. Each print is hand signed by the artist and has five original WASP signatures.  Each print also comes with a Certificate of Authentication.
